Staff Qualifications and Accomplishments

Rigorous hiring standards and employee expectations (such as our 70-20-10 program) as well as an unmatched training program make us confident in the competency of our team.

All Domino Plastics employees - whether Design, Client Service, or Production - are required to complete between 100 to 200 hours of training. These requirements are for the expressed purpose of ensuring the highest quality service and vinyl and plastic products in the industry.

In addition to enhancement of the vinyl and plastic products and services offered by Domino Plastics, the training also improves the professional and personal development of our employees - our most precious resource.
